Who We Are:
A family owned and operated business for over 30 years. A retailer with vast practical experience in the gift and collectible industry. Originally located in shopping malls, we moved to our first independent location in June 2003. Now, with a gigantic showroom and unsurpassed selection, we are the largest gift and collectible retailer in Cleveland, if not Ohio. One visit and you will be amazed at our selection.
What We Do:
As a primary retailer of popular collectibles like Precious Moments, Hummels, and Swarovski Crystal, we offer selections of current and retired product in most of the collectible lines today. We even offer wonderful selection of collections that have been retired and are very difficult to find. This selection is a haven for those looking to replace a lost heirloom or add to an existing collection. If we do not have the item you want, we will tell you realistically how feasible it is to acquire. We offer Lay-A-Way, Special Orders, Holds, and Shipping as most others do, however we also offer 90 days same as cash which most others do not! We try to get the lowest numbers or requested numbers on limited editions. We give our customers new, old, and potential all the information we have to help make decisions. We do not rely on high pressure tactics or teasers. We love our customers and recognize that you are the life blood of our business. We expect a reciprocal degree of respect going above and beyond to serve you.
This site is designed for the dual purpose of providing you with information and purchase assistance. For your protection, we have not installed such common features as shopping carts and online payment. We would prefer you call us, even toll free, to make your purchase. You can also email, fax, or visit us. For our out of town guests, we have made arrangements for a discounted rate at a local hotel. Please contact us for reservations.
