In 2003 Pipka introduced the Irish Collection. Shown above is Emerald Isle Irish Santa - individually numbered and is only $75. It is also available as an ornament for only $20. The Irish Angel - Kathleen is just heavenly and is only $49. Pipka also introduced a series of Leprechaun's (Aron - w/tree- $18) (Marcus - w/wagon and Liam - holding houses- Retired). |
Leprechaun myth:
Leprechaun Aron, Marcus and Liam each carry two leather pouches. In one pouch there is a silver shilling, a magical coin that returns to the purse each time it is paid out. The other pouch carries a gold coin, which he uses to try and bribe his way out of difficult situations. The coin can turn to leaves and ashes once the leprechaun has parted with it.
