It is important to understand that Mr. Armani has known art all his life. Even at the age of five, while all the other children were playing games, Giuseppe loved his own game called drawing. Mr. Armani is influenced by the great works of Michaelangelo, Da Vinci, and Raphael. His mastery of the human form yields breathtaking works of art. In this gallery, you will find the entire selection of all of Mr. Armani's art currently available. In time, select retired items will also be available. It is important to realize that the status of Mr. Armani's sculptures are always changing. An item may be retired in Italy but unnanounced in the United States. Sculptures may be suspended in America, but still available for purchase.
You will find most of the prices for the art shown here in the price list. Any items that are not shown in the price list are either retired, or suspended. This does not mean that they are unavailable! You must contact us and we will inform you of their availability. Mr. Armani's art is hand-painted, and hand-crafted. Selected sculptures are available in a variety of finishes to pleasure collectors of all tastes.
The finishes available are:
C = Full Color. If an item is to be a limited edition it will be C finish. The only exception is the T finish
T = Terra Cotta. Although not true terra cotta, this finish is reminiscent of the old fashioned art fired from clay to porcelain with no painting. The equivalent in today's collectible industry is called whiteware.
Some T finishes are limited editions
F = Flesh Tone. Traditionally only the flesh of the human is painted. The landscape and other accents are not. Today, F finish sculptures are affordable, suitable for gift-giving, and include additional painting in flowers and accents. F finish sculptures are not limited editions.
P = Partially Painted. You might think of this as a cross between C and F finsihes. Dresses have some color, but not fully painted. However, flesh tone dresses are white. P finishes are not limited editions.
E = Special Finish. This is usually like a P finish, however the colors are different. If a sculpture looks equally beautiful in two different color combinations, the second is the E finish. The latter usually has less painting than the P finish. Most sculptures are not available in both a P and E finish for long.
M = Metallic Finish. Perhaps the most famous metallic sculptures in history are bronze masterpieces. The art of Giuseppe Armani may be availble in such a finish. Embrace, for example, is as spectacular in M as it was in C finish. Collectors who have missed out on the limited edition version are pleased to get this one.
S = Special. This finish is almost exclusively reserved for animals and birds. A flesh tone sculpture is not availble for these magnificent creature, so Mr. Armani has created their natural finish. Some sculptures are availble in two finishes. This is most common in pets where the animal is popular in different colors. E.g. yellow and black lab
